COMTRADE (United Nations) - (Available on the EEG Network)

It gathers statistical data on bilateral international trade, from 1962 onwards. It is a reference database for research in economics and international trade.

CRSP SURVIVOR-BIAS-FREE US MUTUAL FUND DATABASE - (Available on the EEG Network)
This Database inserts data on the US existing and past investment funds. It contains approximately 39,000 funds of various categories from 1962 until 2010.

CRSP US STOCK DATABASES - (Available on the EEG Network)

This database contains daily and monthly data on transacted assets on the following stock exchanges: NSYE, NYSE Amex, NASDAQ and Arca. The database covers various periods depending on the stock market, which, in certain cases, may start in 1925 until 2010.

DATASTREAM - (Available on the EEG Network)

It is a time series database which includes a wide variety of titles, financial instruments and indicators with international coverage. For example, at the stocks level, the database covers more than 100 000 assets from about 100 countries, with various data such as price, volume, dividend, results, et cetera. INTRADAY DATA ON FTSE-100 INDEX - (shortcoming)

Intraday figures on the FTSE-100 index for the period from January 2000 to December 2010, provided by Olsen and Associates. (http://www.olsen.ch/).

NYSE LIFFE NEXTHISTORY INDEX DERIVATIVES INTRADAY - (shortcoming)
It displays intraday data containing all the quotes and transactions on derivative products traded on the NYSE Liffe from January 2000 until December 2010.

WORLDSCOPE - (Available on the EEG Network)

Annual and quarterly databases collecting detailed information on corporations’ financial reports covering a wide variety of accounting variables, financial ratios, per share data, et cetera. The database offers an extended coverage of countries and temporal series that, in some cases, can reach 20 years.
