EEG offers 8 undergraduate degree courses, of which 4 are taught in post-labour regime; 16 Master Programmes and 6 Doctoral Programmes, of which 3 are jointly offered along with other higher education institutions.
EEG total number of students is over 2400, among which 1351are undergraduates, and 1079 graduates - 918 master students and 161 doctoral students.
About 20% of our undergraduate students participate in international mobility programs and it offers about 30 course units in English.
EEG has 3 departments and 5 research centres. Three of these centres achieved maximum rating of Excellent awarded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology – FCT.
90% of the faculty of the school holds a PhD degree awarded by most prestigious institutions, such as, inter alia, the universities of Oxford, Warwick, Lancaster, Essex, Manchester, Nottingham, Cornell, Stockholm, London School of Economics, Tinbergen Institute and the European University Institute.
