Eduardo Rocha holds a degree in Economics and a post-graduate degree in International Financial Management from Faculdade de Economia da Universidade do Porto. Throughout his professional career, he held several management positions: Director and CFO of Mota-Engil, SGPS; Administrator of the Portuguese Association of Financial Analysts; Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vortal. He was also Advisor of Porto Business School and of ISCTE Business School. He is Founding Partner and CEO of Vallis, Capital Partners, SGPS, SA, a company focused on the management of Private Equity Funds and investments, whose Stock Capital is 100% owned by its Founding Partners.
