Pedro Antunes and Cláudia Pimenta changed their lives in July 2015, leaving their previous professional activities to create XPIMENTA - Professional Solutions, Lda, a company owning XPepper brand, specialized in creating, manufacturing and personalizing professional uniforms in the area of catering, hotels and tourism; in organizing Show-Cookings and Gastronomic Workshops, and also providing consultancy in the areas of catering, hotels and tourism.
Pedro Antunes holds a degree in Production Engineering from University of Minho (1993), and throughout his professional career he was Director of Production and Quality departments in several companies. He was also a consultant in areas of Quality Systems Implementation, BALANCED SCORECARD, and consultant in elaboration of Sector Diagnostics and Interventions (HR, Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, I&D).
Cláudia Pimenta holds a degree in Languages and Modern Literatures (Variants of English and German Studies) from University of Porto (2000). During the most time of her professional career she was devoted to teaching and professional training of English and German languages.
