We are pleased to announce the AlumniTalks@eeg with Jorge Queirós, Bachelor in Internation Relation. In AlumniTalks@eeg, EEG graduates come back to school to share the stories of their professional careers with the current students and tell us about the projects in which they are involved.

Jorge Queirós holds a bachelor degree in International Relations from EEG|UMinho (1988), having been the president of the UMinho's Student Uninon (AAUM) in 1987-88.
He started his professional career as an advisor for UMinho's Rector (1988-91).
In 1991 he took on the position of advisor for international relations of the Directing Committee of Instituto da Juventude. Until 2000 he held positions in bodies such as the Adjunct Minister's Office, MOVIJOVEM - Cartão Jovem, the Portuguese Institute for Youth and the Studies Office of the Secretary of State for Youth (GAEP). Since 2000 he has held directing positions in areas related to youth information, programmes and international relations.
He currently coordinates IPDJ's international relations and is the head of the Information, Communication and International Relations Department. In this capacity, he has represented IPDJ in several international bodies such as the Council of Europe, the European Union and the International Organisation of Youth for Ibero-America, among others.
He leads the support technical team to the National Authority responsible for the management of the ERASMUS+ Youth in Action programme.
