We are pleased to announce the AlumniTalks@eeg with Alexandra Camacho, graduated in International Relations (Political and Cultural).

In AlumniTalks@eeg, EEG graduates come back to school to share the stories of their professional careers with the current students and tell us about the projects in which they are involved.


The seminar will take place on 26th February at 17:30, in the School of Economics and Management - University of Minho, room 0.03.
The language in this session is Portuguese.

Alexandra Camacho is graduated in International Relations (Political and Cultural) by EEG | UMinho (1982-1986). While studying she organized the celebrated colloquia of International Relations, she was a founding partner of CECRI, and had a great time in a small, closed and conservative city like Braga at that time. She began her professional career as a journalist, having been the first Managing Director of ANJE. She became a trainer in 2001 specializing in the area of Interpersonal Communication with extensive experience in sectors like education, business, services, volunteering and Social Economy. She was also executive coordinator of several events, including the first TED'X Porto and several national and international conferences. As an external consultant to AEP she co-managed several funded programs and participated in the creation of the coaching service and mentoring networks. She is currently project manager at the consultant Turnaround Social and is a GRACE invited ambassador for promoting partnerships between social economy organizations and companies. She likes to walk the beach with the dog, laugh with her children, travel with her husband, sing alone and dance with friends. Her motto is that of Ghandi "be the change you want to see in the world".
