Programme
The 8th edition of the EEG Research Day will be held on 12 March 2021. This edition will be convened online and all EEG/UM students are invited to participate.
The EEG Research Day is an academic event which seeks to disseminate graduate students' ongoing or recently completed research.
This event provides a discussion forum to our students and EEG researchers from different scientific areas. It enriches our students' research and enhances their academic experience.
We urge EEG 2nd and 3rd cycles students to seize the chance to submit an abstract of ongoing or completed research developed during their Master or Doctoral Programmes to be presented at the 8th edition of the EEG Research Day. Abstracts should be sent to
eeg-researchday@eeg.uminho.pt , until 28 February 2021. Authors of accepted presentations will be informed until March 5 2021.
The abstract should not exceed one A4 page format, and it may be written in English or Portuguese, according to the language of the presentation. The page header, before the abstract, should display the title of the research paper/presentation, followed by the identification of the author, email contact, name of the Master or Doctoral Programme, and the supervisor(s)' name(s). Abstracts are also include 5 (five) keywords.
Upon submission of the abstract, and to receive appropriate feedback, students are should indicate the type of research submitted: research undertaken as part of a thesis defended; research undertaken as part of a thesis that is being prepared for dissemination (Conference/scientific paper); research undertaken as part of a thesis yet to be submitted and defended. In case the research is from a thesis waiting for defense, please indicate the defense date.
