We are pleased to announce the seminar under the topic of "The meaning of Intercultural Democracy through the Bolivian case". This seminar we have the great honour of receiving Marcelo Arequipa Azurduy (Ph.D on Political Science by Autonomous University of Madrid).

Marcelo Arequipa Azurduy, is Ph.D on Political Science by Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM-Madrid). His Master and Doctoral works were elaborated with professor Fernando Vallespín.
His topics of research are: the meaning of Democracy in feelings acording political theory, political elites, political culture, and changes of political representation.
Currently, Marcelo Arequipa is a full time professor on UCB-La Paz and his last works are: The middle class in Bolivia- The meaning os social mobility. Survey of political and social values of millenials university students in Bolivia. And the black box of the politics: A study of parliamentary elites in Bolivia.
