The School of Economics and Management (EEG) of the University of Minho (UMinho) is a modern vibrant school, with a complete objective-oriented approach, whose academic activity started in 1982.

If you are interested in applying to our Bachelor Degrees, please Learn more about our Bachelors and do also refer to UMinho website.

The Office for International Mobility headquartered at EEG is keen on shedding light upon your doubts concerning your application to our Master Degrees and our PhD Programmes. It monitors your application to a PhD in Cotutelle or European PhD, as well your Doctoral or Post-Doctoral Research Leaves. It has been specifically created to assist you in submitting your application, provide you with information on your application/admission status throughout the whole process until you are called upon to register/enrol online. It also provides you with guidance and assistance pertaining to Study Visa clearance and issuance related issues.
Once you arrive in Braga, it guides you and helps you to undergo all the formalities on settling issues, ranging from requesting Residence Permit to registering in the Portuguese Health National System.

Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) Mentoring Programme: Turning ideas into businesses: 
When: online from 15th April 2024 with weekly synchronous and asynchronous sessions before the on-site activities from 24th to 28th June in the city of Guimarães (Portugal).

The Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) blends online and presential mobility. Blended mobility was introduced as a novelty in the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 programme’s higher education mobility to enrich and diversify the experience of students and staff who would learn, train, or teach abroad.

Three partners are involved in this BIP: La Salle Saint-Etienne (La Salle), France; the University of Minho (UMinho) Braga, Portugal, and Avans Hogeschool (Avans) Den Bosch, The Netherlands.

The project comprises a game simulation under the Management and International Business topic named CESIM FIRM.

LA SALLE SAINT-ETIENNE (France) is the coordinating and hosting HEI, UMinho (Portugal), and AVANS HOGESCHOOL (The Netherlands) are the incoming institutions.

4. English proficiency certificate with the required level CEFR ≥ B2 or TOEFL≥100 or IELTS ≥ 6.0 or Cambridge ≥ FCE (CAE or CPE). Applications with no certificate will be excluded

5. Former recipients of an ERASMUS + BIP grant will be admitted only in the event we have vacant places after the ranking of the candidates.
