Cláudia Sarrico, Full Professor in the
Department of Management at EEG and senior researcher at the Higher Education
Policy Research Centre, has been working at the Organisation for Economic
Co-operation and Development (OECD) since 4 September 2023 as manager of the
"Research and Innovation Careers Observatory" project.
The project is co-funded by the Horizon Europe
programme, which is the European Union's main funding programme for research
and innovation. This programme facilitates collaboration, strengthens the
impact of research and innovation in the development, support and
implementation of EU policies to address global challenges. In addition, the
programme supports better dispersal of excellent knowledge and technologies,
creates jobs, fully engages the EU talent pool, stimulates economic growth,
promotes industrial competitiveness and optimises the impact of investment
within a strengthened European Research Area.
