Cláudia Simões, President of the School of Economics and Management at the University of Minho, gave a presentation at the 16th Eduniversal World Convention on the innovative features and implementation results of EEG's soft skills development program, EEGenerating Skills. The event took place in Nadi and Suva in Fiji between October 30 and November 2, 2023. This year's convention was on the theme of 'linked to impact'. Cláudia Simões presented a plenary 'focus' session entitled 'Soft skills development for students: Learning journeys', where she presented the EEGenerating Skills initiative, the program that aims to enhance the individual talent of EEG students, based on the development of transversal skills and becoming a differentiating aspect in the job market. During the event, he also received the official two-palm trophy awarded to EEG.
