Ten
students from various Ukrainian universities visited the School of Economics
and Management on 12 September 2023, among other schools of the University of
Minho. The students are pursuing bachelor's or master's degrees. The ARQUS
Alliance supported the visit, and the trip was funded by the University of
Wroclaw, Poland, a member of Arqus.
The
students from Ivan Franko of the National University of Lviv and Yuriy
Fedkovych of Chernivtsi National University, who study at various faculties
(Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Foreign Languages, Faculty of History,
Political Science, and International Relations, Faculty of Law) talked with the
President of EEG, Cláudia Simões, the President of the Pedagogical Council,
Maria do Céu Arena and with Rita Sousa, Professor of the Department of
Economics, who spoke about the EGG educational offer. CECRI students attended
the meeting, and the Ukrainian students shared their life and academic
experiences in the context of war.
