On the morning of November 9, 2023, Estela Vieira, Head of
the International Mobility Office of the School of Economics and Management of
the University of Minho, was awarded the Diploma of “Friend of IEFEX”, in
recognition of her unconditional support and relevant services to the Brazilian
Army, also standing out for her special demonstration of friendship towards
this military organization.
