C1. Bachelor's and Master's final average score (CGPA) in the field of Political Science and International Relations or other related areas - 50%;
C2. Academic curriculum in the field of Political Science and International Relations or related field - 25%;
C3. Scientific Curriculum (publications, scientific communications at scientific meetings, participation in research projects) in the field of Political Science and International Relations or related field - 20%;
C4. Technical-professional curriculum in the field of Political Science and International Relations or related areas - 5%;
Application of admission criteria:
- Each criteria will be evaluated on the basis of a 0 to 20 scale;
- It will be valued the adequacy of scientific and academic curricula to the area of the PhD in Political Science and International Relations;
- Regarding criterion C1 (Bachelor's and Master's final average score - CGPA - in the field of Political Science and International Relations or related field), it will be assigned a weight of 60% to the Bachelor final score and 40% to the Master's final score;
- The final ranking (CF) of each candidate admitted will be calculated by means of a weighted average of the criteria C1, C2, C3 and C4:
Final classification (CF) = 50% xC1+ + 25% xC2 + 20%xC3 + 5% xC4
Certificates issued by foreign institutions and not officially recognised are required to be recognised by the diplomatic authorities, or Portuguese consular authorities, or carry the apostille of the Hague Convention (its non-presentation is an eliminatory factor).
