The merit scholarships are intended to distinguish students who achieve outstanding academic results (scores) at the end of the school year. These are awarded to all students who are pursuing their education at the University of Minho: ranging from Bachelor to Integrated Master Programmes and Master Programmes.
The criteria established for the students’ eligibility are: i) successful completion of the school year, ii) the previous academic year study plan should be successfully complete, iii) the overall pondered average score of the enrolled study plan should be equal or above 16 (study plan enrolled during the year when the scholarship is awarded).
