Cláudia
Simões, Professor of the Management Department and President of the School of
Economics and Management of the University of Minho, participated in the
Sustainable Value Creation Summit, on the 24th May, organizing and
moderating a session entitled "How to Create Value Through
domestic/international marketing and customer service".
The session
counted with the intervention of Ana Oliveira (Samsung), José Novais Santos
(ISEG), Juliana Silva (Cachapuz) and Carmo Caldeira (Blaanc Architecture).
This
international event took place between 24 and 26 May at Nova SBE, in
Carcavelos, and was attended by around 1400 people connected to the academic
and business/organisational world.
