The University of Minho, through the School of
Economics and Management, has granted the title of Professor Emeritus to Doctor
Manuel José Rocha Armada, Full Professor Emeritus of the Management Department
of the School of Economics and Management of UMinho, approved in order
RT-14/2023.
The Statute of Emeritus Professor of the University of
Minho, approved by Order RT- 32/2013, of April 3, published in Diário da
República, 2nd Series, of April 10, provides the possibility for the
University of Minho to grant the title of Emeritus Professor to retired full
professors, in recognition of the special collaboration they have given
throughout their career, in order to being able to continue to give to the
institution a regular collaboration that will contribute to the pursuit of the
University's Mission.
The diploma and medal will be presented during the
commemorative ceremony of the 50th anniversary of the University of Minho.
