Young Minho
Enterprise (YME), a Junior Enterprise based in the School of Economics and
Management, organized the Second National Congress of Junior Entrepreneurs on 3
and 4 June, at the University of Minho. The event brought together more than
250 Junior Entrepreneurs from various universities across the country, who had
the opportunity to attend training moments, round tables and exchange sessions,
in which there was no shortage of knowledge and experience sharing and
networking.
The event
started with a welcome session, in which were present the EEG President,
Claúdia Simões, the Pro-Rector, Guilherme Pereira and the Vice President of the
Municipal Council of Braga, João Alcaide.
This was
followed by sessions on the themes of product development, networking and
another knowledge sharing session with the Managing Director of YME during the
19/20 mandate, Diogo Carvalho, and the former Vice President of YME, Mariana
Vieira. Finally, a round table with CEO's from the district of Braga took
place.
YME held another
very successful congress, where all the objectives were met.
