XII International Conference on Research and Intervention in Human Resources

The School of Economics and Management (EEG) and the School of Psychology (EPsi) of the University of Minho are hosting the 12th International Conference on Research and Intervention in Human Resources, to be held on October 10 and 11, 2024.
Under the theme "HRM in a Disrupting World: at the crossroads of people management", this conference aims to address the rapid and profound changes that challenge organizations and their workforce.
This is yet another edition of the event that began at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto with the aim of bringing the scientific and business communities closer together to exchange information and knowledge.
Confirmed speakers include Chris Brewster, Santiago Gutiérrez-Broncano and Eduardo Oliveira, who will share their perspectives on the latest trends in human resource management, such as digitalization, artificial intelligence, sustainability, diversity and inclusion.
