The doctoral thesis under the title Nivelar os pratos
da balança – Estudo da Comunicação
Organizacional como fator de sustentabilidade nas parcerias estratégicas entre
organizações solidárias e empresa was distinguished with the António Sérgio
Cooperation and Solidarity Award, Cooperativa
António Sérgio para a Economia Social (CASES), in the Studies and Research
category.
This research in the Communication Sciences related
area was realised under the supervision of Teresa Ruão, Professor of the
Institute of Social Sciences, and Paulo Mourão, Professor of the School of
Economics and Management. The doctoral thesis explores a strategic
communication model that values the assets the solidarity organisations can
contribute to a partnership settled within the corporate fabric. The
conclusions stem from the fieldwork realised with two solidarity organisations
– CAIS and Bagos d'Ouro – and two of its corporate stakeholders, the Super Bock
Group and Symington.
The Public Award Ceremony will take place on February
4, 2020, at 10:00 am, at the Thalia Theatre in Lisbon. It will be chaired by
The Minister of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security, Ana Mendes Godinho.
Simultaneously, it will be inaugurated an Exhibition to celebrate the 10th
anniversary of CASES.
The António Sérgio Cooperation and Solidarity Award,
created by CASES in 2012, is intended to pay tribute individuals and
institutions that, each year, have distinguished themselves in a relevant
domain of the Social Economy, with five categories and one Honour Award.
