Thesis co-supervised by EEG professor was distinguished by Ministry of Citizenship of Brazil Back

The doctoral thesis entitled "Determinants of the Level of Financial and Sports Competitiveness in Professional Football Clubs of Brazil" (Determinantes do Nível de Competitividade Financeira e Esportiva em Clubes Profissionais de Futebol do Brasil), written by Edimilson Eduardo da Silva, was distinguished with the Brazilian Prize for Theses and Dissertations on Football and Fan Rights, The Ministry of Citizenship of Brazil promoted this Price. Edimilson Eduardo da Silva is a professor of the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences, headquartered in the Mucuri Campus of the UFVJM. The aforementioned thesis has been co-supervised by Paulo Mourão, professor of the Department of Economics of the School of Economics and Management of UMinho.
The thesis was also co-supervised by Marco António Pinheiro da Silveira, professor of the Municipal University of São Caetano do Sul (USCS). According to Edimilson Silva, he ranked first in the line of research in which he submitted to the competition - Management and administration of football and its derivations.
