Executive Courses with scholarships that defray between fifty and one hundred per cent of the tuition fee

UMinhoExec, the executive training unit, part of the School of Economics and Management, University of Minho, opens three courses in October and November with funding from the RRP, operationalised in scholarships that can defray trainees between fifty and one hundred per cent of the tuition fee. UMinhoExec's courses - School of CEOs, International e-Commerce, and Digital Marketing and e-Business - are the first UMinhoExec programmes to start with the merit scholarship system among a wide range of courses that belong to "University of Minho Post-Graduate Alliance - Competences for the Future," with funding from the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP), regarding short-duration courses, non-degree awarded, but credited with ECTS and designed in close cooperation with professional and employing entities, with the aim of promoting the updating and requalification of valued skills in the labour market.
Therefore, the students approved in these courses will receive a scholarship whose monetary value may go from fifty to one hundred per cent of the amount invested in the tuition fee. In this sense, the trainees that conclude these executive programmes with a positive evaluation will assure that at least half of the tuition fee will be refunded, and even for the 20% best students per class, the total amount invested will be reimbursed.
With applications running until September 16th, the "School of CEOs" course takes place between October 7th and November 25th, 2022, in a face-to-face format, in partnership with Startup Braga, and is an executive course aimed at training entrepreneurs in the transferable areas of management, marketing and strategy, human resources and leadership, finance and management control, as well as business law.
Furthermore, the "Executive Programme in International E-Commerce" has applications running until September 16th, and it will be in a hybrid format between October 7th and December 16th, 2022, with online classes on Tuesdays after work, and face-to-face classes on Fridays, to enhance a more immersive, interactive and networking education. It is a course in partnership with AICEP, which focuses on tutorial support for firms preparing internationalisation projects through e-commerce, combined with conceptual and strategic support for topics such as competitiveness in international markets, selling in e-marketplaces, online payments, online pricing management, or omnichannel sales.
In November, will start the 8th edition of the "Executive Programme in Digital Marketing and e-Business," a 190-hour course in partnership with ANJE, to be held between November 7th, 2022, and June 12th, 2023, in a face-to-face format, in Braga, and that currently benefits from the attribution of scholarships.
