Five students from the International Business Degree programme at the School of Economics, Management and Political Science at the University of Minho participated in a mobility programme in Lithuania between 25 and 29 November as part of the Twinning project ‘Sustainable Leadership and Innovation: Empowering Future Changemakers’. The initiative, promoted by the European Alliance Arqus, is the result of a strategic partnership between UMinho and Vilnius University.
Over the course of an intensive week, students were involved in an intercultural learning programme focused on training future European leaders. The experience included thematic workshops, visits to local companies and the Sunrise Science and Technology Park, providing direct contact with real challenges related to sustainability, innovation and leadership.
This Twinning project strengthens academic cooperation between the two institutions and contributes to the development of problem-solving, critical thinking and adaptive leadership skills in a global context, enhancing students' training and preparing them for the challenges of international organisations.
