The School of Economics, Management and Political Science at the University of Minho held another session of the AlumniTalks@EEG cycle, with the participation of Marta Couto, who holds a degree in Business Management from EEG (1998) and is currently the Financial and Administrative Director and Member of the Executive Committee of the CCG Institute at the University of Minho.
The initiative is part of the AlumniTalks@EEG cycle, which encourages former students to return to the School, creating a space for sharing professional paths, career experiences and projects developed after completing their academic training.
With over 25 years of experience in finance, including professional experience in the United Kingdom, Marta Couto has been a Certified Accountant since 1999 and a Member of the Board of the Order of Economists since 2010. In 2024, she completed executive training in R&D Management at INSEAD Business School.
She currently serves as CFO, responsible for financial strategy, governance, management control and reporting, team leadership and human resources management, and also holds the position of Chair of the Supervisory Board of DTx CoLab.
