In March, the School of Economics, Management, and Political Science at the University of Minho facilitated the participation of students and faculty in two short-term international mobility programs under the Arqus European Alliance, thereby strengthening its strategy for internationalization and academic cooperation.

In Graz, from March 23 to 27, a Twinning initiative took place with the University of Graz, under the theme “Greening Transitions with AI, Climate, Employment, and Sustainability in Action.” The program included lectures, collaborative work, and institutional framework activities, following up on the visit by Austrian students to the University of Minho in November.

In Maynooth, from March 24 to 30, a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) took place with Maynooth University, dedicated to the theme “Religion & Politics: International Contrasts.” The initiative combined in-person and collaborative components, focused on the comparative analysis of political and religious dynamics in different international contexts.

These experiences enabled participants to develop academic, intercultural, and collaborative skills in international settings, reinforcing the role of EEG in promoting a global and interdisciplinary education.
