Back
Tuesday, 6/30/2026
The School of Economics, Management and Political Science (EEG) at the University of Minho took part in the SDSN Portugal International Conference, which focused on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at a local level.
This participation reinforces the EEG’s commitment to sustainability and forms part of the SDSN Portugal – UNIMUNICÍPIOS project, which promotes collaboration between universities and local authorities to accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda in Portugal.
During the event, posters were presented showcasing the work carried out by five EEG Master’s students, who are applicants for research grants under this project:
Bruno Azevedo (supervised by Lurdes Martins) – M. Industrial and Business Economics
Sara Silva (supervised by Lígia Pinto and Lurdes Martins) – M. Industrial and Business Economics
Gonçalo Monteiro (supervised by Lídia Oliveira) – M. Management and Business
Francisco Barradas (supervised by Beatriz Casais) – M. Marketing and Strategy
Diogo Martins (supervised by Teresa Heath) – M. International Business
Congratulations to our students and lecturers for contributing to building a more sustainable future!
