Description


This master's program aims to strengthen the capabilities of Public Administration professionals in middle management positions, providing them with updated knowledge and practical skills in public governance, strategic management, public policy evaluation, human resources, public finance, administrative law, and digital transformation.

The curricular framework is based on the immediate application of content to real work contexts, promoting critical thinking, decision-making capacity, and transformative leadership in the public sector.

Learning Outcomes


At the end of the study cycle, graduates should be able to:

  • Understand current challenges in Public Administration and the role of middle management in implementing public policies;
  • Apply advanced knowledge of management, law, finance, and evaluation to the organizational reality of the public sector;
