This event is part of the Twinning 2.0 initiative of the Arqus Alliance 2025 and its central theme is “Multi-level challenges for the EU and the contestation of the global international order”. Through sharing and debate sessions, the aim is to analyze the impacts of growing international instability on European politics, promoting critical reflection at various levels - regional, national and international.

The meeting will be attended by lecturers and students from Maynooth University (Ireland), as well as the University of Minho, as part of a mobility program that follows on from EEG's visit to the partner institution the previous year. The main objective is the exchange of knowledge, the comparative analysis of public policies and the promotion of collaborations between master's and doctoral students in the areas of Political Science, International Relations and Public Administration.

EEG participants:

Marco Paschoalotto - Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science

Luís Mota - Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science

Filipe Fernandes - PhD student in Political Science and International Relations at EEG and Advisor to the Mayor of Braga City Council
